  • remove a manual build_runner step to generate our shelf router

This is in the interest of general simplification of our workflows. We only have ~9 apis calls; it's easier to just update the router when adding a new call, instead of knowing to re-run a code generator.

  • I’ve reviewed the contributor guide and applied the relevant portions to this PR.
